Wishbone Pet Insurance is a pet health insurance program offered by Pet Assure Corp., d/b/a Pet Benefit Solutions, a licensed insurance agency (NJ License Number 1677880). Insurance coverage is administered by Pet Benefit Solutions or Norse Specialty Insurance Company, Inc. and underwritten by Everspan Insurance Company, Providence Washington Insurance Company, Trisura Insurance Company, Trisura Specialty Insurance Company, Clear Blue Insurance Company, or Clear Blue Specialty Insurance Company. Claims submitted to Norse Specialty may be processed by a third-party administrator, PrimeOne Insurance Co. Please refer to your policy documents, including your declarations page, to identify the administrator and underwriter for your policy.

Each insurer bears sole financial responsibility for its products. Pet Benefit Solutions receives compensation based on the premiums of the insurance policies it sells. Norse Specialty, PrimeOne, and the above-referenced underwriters are not affiliated with Wishbone Pet Insurance or Pet Assure Corp.

Insurance policies exclude pre-existing conditions and are subject to waiting periods, deductibles, co-insurance, benefit limits, exclusions, and state availability requirements. Product offerings, rates, and discounts are subject to change and approval. Product information is descriptive only; consult your policy for specific coverage details. Wishbone Wellness is not an insurance policy. Wishbone Wellness is a non-insurance wellness plan offered by Synergy Pet Group. The terms of your Wishbone Wellness plan are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase and the applicable Wishbone Wellness Member Agreement.

Wishbone Total Pet is not insurance. Wishbone Total Pet may include veterinary discount, pharmacy membership, telemedicine, or other partner benefits, each of which is subject to the applicable program, partner, and membership terms. Pet Assure network discounts, pharmacy benefits, and other partner benefits are not insurance products.
