By using a Wishbone product, plan, membership, or service offered or made available by Pet Assure Corp., Synergy Pet Group (SPG), or their respective partners, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions set forth herein, together with any additional terms referenced below (“Plan Terms”).
We and our partners may revise and update these Plan Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the plans following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
We reserve the right to discontinue any plan at any time for any reason. Prices for all plans are subject to change.
Pet health insurance terms
We market and sell pet health insurance plans from third parties, underwriters, and/or administrative entities of a pet health insurance policy (“Pet Health Insurance Providers”). We share your data with Pet Health Insurance Providers to allow you use of the plan. See our Privacy Policy for more details. Policyholders are subject to the terms of the policy purchased from any Pet Health Insurance Provider. SPG does not guarantee, nor is responsible for, the quality, performance, or nonperformance of any Pet Health Insurance Provider. SPG further disclaims any and all liability arising due to the actions of any Pet Health Insurance Provider.
Wishbone Pet Insurance is a pet health insurance program offered by Pet Assure Corp., dba Pet Benefit Solutions, a licensed agency (NJ License Number 1677880). Insurance coverage is administered by Pet Benefit Solutions or Norse Specialty Insurance Company, Inc. and underwritten by Everspan Insurance Company, Providence Washington Insurance Company, Trisura Insurance Company, or Trisura Specialty Insurance Company. Refer to your declarations page to identify the administrator and underwriter for your policy.
Each insurer bears sole financial responsibility for its products. Pet Benefit Solutions receives compensation based on the premiums of the insurance policies it sells. Norse Specialty, and aforementioned underwriters are not affiliated with Wishbone Pet Insurance or Pet Assure Corp.
For policies administered by Norse Specialty, Wishbone Pet Insurance is not responsible for insurer or coverage selections, policies issued, or claims.
Wishbone Pet Insurance is not responsible for the content or operation of others' websites, or how others handle or use your information. Information you provide to others is subject to their privacy policies and website terms of use and may be shared with us.
Product information is descriptive; consult your policy for specific coverage details. Terms vary by state and are subject to change. Coverage is determined by the applicable policy. Not all options are available to all customers. In case of conflict, policy provisions prevail.

To receive the network reimbursement on your Wishbone Advantage claim, you must visit a veterinary clinic that is an active provider in the Pet Assure network on the service date and show your Pet Assure network ID card at check-in. By using the Pet Assure plan, you accept the Pet Assure Terms and Conditions.
When you show your ID card, the practice may discount certain services, subject to both Pet Assure’s and the practice’s terms and conditions. Your network reimbursement will apply regardless of the discounts provided. Pet Assure Corp does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the availability, amount, or application of any discounts or for the cost of services provided by veterinary clinics.
Policies exclude pre-existing conditions and are subject to waiting periods, deductibles, co-insurance, benefit limits, and exclusions. Product offerings, rates, and discounts are subject to change and approval.
Risk-free cancellation terms may vary by state regulation.
Wishbone Wellness Terms
Wishbone Wellness is not an insurance policy. Wishbone Wellness is a stand-alone wellness plan that provides reimbursement for routine care costs such as annual office visits and vaccinations. Consult the Wishbone Wellness Member Agreement for more details.
Your Wishbone Wellness plan is a 12-month contract. Early cancellation is only allowed under the 30-day risk-free policy or in case of pet’s passing. All claims subject to validation by Wishbone.
Total Pet Terms
Total Pet is not insurance. Total Pet is a bundled membership plan consisting of Pet Assure and PetPlus. The terms of your Total Pet plan are governed by the terms of Pet Assure and PetPlus.
Pet Assure Terms
Pet Assure is not insurance. Pet Assure is a veterinary discount plan. By using a Pet Assure membership, you agree to the terms of the plan detailed on https://www.petassure.com/terms/.
ThePetTag
By using a ThePetTag membership, you agree to the terms of the plan detailed by ThePetTag on https://www.thepettag.com/terms.
PetPlus Terms
PetPlus is not insurance. PetPlus is a pharmacy membership plan administered by PetCareRx, Inc. and may include a telemedicine feature. By using a PetPlus membership, you agree to the terms of the plan detailed by PetCareRx, Inc. on https://www.petcarerx.com/.
